Vibrante’s key botanicals include Italian Bergamot and Artemisia which results in a interesting and intriguing taste that has a long refreshing finish. Floreale’s key botanicals include Roman Chamomile and Artemisia resulting in a smooth and complex spirit that has a hint of bitterness at the end.
What do we like about Non-alcoholic Martini? These two are great replacements for the traditional alcoholic red and white vermouths. We are drinking them topped with soda. We are using them in non-alcoholic martinis and negronis.
