Favourite Part of the Job | Being a part of the industry is already a reward. Otherwise I love service wells and I always take care of my garnishes and to remind the waiters how everything should be served.
Favourite After Work Drink | Double gin (middle shelf/depending on my mood) on the rocks and a rosemary garnish.
Favourite bar in the world | The Roots (Warsaw)
Best known for | Enthusiasm and ambition. I’m always ready to scribble notes at a moment’s notice whenever I hear a new cocktail recipe or a story from a bartender of notable status.
Favourite “at work” memory | Intense fully booked day where, while unloading glassware, I looked up onto the floor and teared up taking in the organised chaos of my profession.
What’s the most popular cocktail in your city? Hard to say, but the top three would be Aperol Spritz, Long Island Ice Tea and Pornstar Martini
Favourite thing about your city |Its soul. Warsaw has a unique, unmistekable soul. Especially nighttime city centre. No other city I’ve been in (yet) had quite the same amount of personality.
Favourite drinking song | Anything by IDKHOW (I don’t Know How But They Found Me).
What was the last photo that you took? Safety label from work for an inside joke lol.
What is your dream travel destination and why? Singapore or Seoul. Both of those cities have excellent fine dining/bar destinations that I’d love to see one day.
Any claims to fame? I helped out at HoReCa Expo in Poland.
