Favourite bar in the world | Betty’s in Toronto, used to be next to my College and apartment. It was the local that was home away from home.
Best known for | Best known for providing the best hospitality and creating true connections with each and every one of my guests making them feel at home and creating special cocktails just for them. Also IBA Certified.
Favourite “at work” memory | Working the bar at the Induction to Hockey Hall of Fame. The last year I worked this event some the guests besides the inductees they invited the Hanson brothers from the movie Slap Shot. Fun fact none of these gentlemen were acting in that movie, all of them are like that in real life. Fun to watch them pound back beers and have a riot of a time at with the Inductees and the other guests. Very entertaining guys, the most fun was trying to cut one of them off and having them almost knock down the bar.

What do you collect? I collect bar tools, and mini gin bottles. I try to take all the mini gin bottles from mini bars when I travel and from every opportunity I have.
Favourite thing about your city? The night life of Bogota is an absolute riot.
What was the last photo that you took? A time lapse video of a sunset and a Campari and soda.
Where is one place that you have never been but would like to travel to? Oaxaca for the mezcal
