Best known for | Squatting when I’m serving a table. My family use to go to this awesome Portuguese family restaurant when I was a kid and my favourite waiter would always squat and it made him feel like my friend. I do it because of you Chuck!
Favourite “at work” memory | Early in my hospitality career I was serving this family who were decked out in Blue Jays gear. Parents and 1 kid. They said they had just got back from the Jays game and the kid was so upset he didn’t catch a ball in the stands. I caught a ball in the stands a few years prior and just happened to have the ball in my trunk. Went and ran out to my car and gave the old baseball to the kid. He started crying and the whole restaurant started cheering and clapping.
