Favourite “at work” memory | Too many to count…. probably watching staff I’ve trained succeed in their craft and run a wicked cocktail service. Catherine Carriere was a host when I met her and now she’s a bar star. And a Bartender Atlas star, at that.

Favourite thing about your city? Rough and tough and gritty as hell.

Where is one place that you have never been but would like to travel to? Italy, Spain, Portugal, EUROPE
Any claims to fame? I beat some local cocktailers at their own game with less experience but it was pretty low key and is only my personal claim to fame (helps me sleep at night).
