Favourite “at work” memory | For my 32nd Birthday I had a cocktail pop up and invited everyone I knew – with hand invites for my regulars at the bars. Drinks were splashing and people were dancing and Mexican karaoke was sung!
What’s the most popular cocktail in your city? Old Fashioned, Tito’s & Soda
Favourite thing about your city | My home is St. Louis. We are home to the world’s first international beer and the world’s first cocktail party. The first waffle cone was invented at the St. Louis 1904 World’s Fair. Trendsetters!!

What was the last photo that you took? A Vintage/Heirloom MacArthur Avocado from California!
What is your dream travel destination and why? Mexico: there’s so much cultural and gastronomic diversity. Monterrey, Oaxaca, Baja California, Yucatán Peninsula, Valle de Guadalupe, etc.
Any claims to fame? I am Vinepair’s Inaugural Best New Bartender (2025)
Soda or Tonic? Soda all day, no offense
Gibson or Gimlet? Gimlet, pickled onions are not my thing.
