Favourite “at work” memory | Brunch shifts @ Hello 123. Always chaos but always an amazing weekend. Saw a lot of the same guests, always worked with the same people, found a flow that worked perfectly. Peak efficiency.
What’s the most popular cocktail in your city? Right now? Espresso martinis or Aperol Spritzs (still?). Recently seen an uptick of negronis ordered as well.
Favourite thing about your city | Diversity, friendliness, and community. Specifically living in Parkdale is truly the authentic human experience.

What was the last photo that you took? A creepy photo of the patio at 2am
What is your dream travel destination and why? Japan, because I could travel there for a year and still have so much to see and do. A lot of what I love & how I live is inspired by Japanese culture.
Any claims to fame? I made a spicy dill pickle margarita as a joke and it became the best selling spring cocktail. Pickle people are wild.
