Best story from behind the wood | At the Hyatt Regency Hotel, I met a guest named Adela Narvaez from Mexico City. She loves Gin london dry, one day she asked me to create a cocktail with gin and Mayan ingredients. It was a great challenge but I made her a cocktail “Adelita”
