I love making customers off menu drinks, something about seeing their face after that first sip is priceless. The fast paced atmosphere is where I thrive and can do the dance!

I will never forget all the awesome people and cool tricks of the trade I learned along the way. Huge shout out to Mike George, Paully C and Matty for helping be my guiding light and teaching me all the basics I rely on every day. You guys are amazing.

Favourite thing about your city? Picturesque views and the tight knit hospitality industry we have created. I have seen it come a very long way since when I have moved here 11 years ago.
