Favourite “at work” memory | One of my favourite work memories was covering a shift during a lively party where the whole team and guests were dancing around the bar. Everyone had a great time, sales and tips were excellent and the energy was unforgettable.
What’s the most popular cocktail in your city? From my city, the Margarita is definitely a favourite, and we also have a deep love for the Carajillo.
Favourite thing about your city | The charming streets, rich history, and vibrant local culture, our love for Tequila, Mezcal and good food.
Who is your favourite fictional bartender? Just a girl, so of course I choose Tom Cruise in Cocktail!
What was the last photo that you took? My latest photo is of a crepe I made for breakfast.
Where is one place that you have never been but would like to travel to? Japan
Any claims to fame? I don’t have a big claim to fame… yet! I’m excited to learn, grow, and make unforgettable moments behind the bar.

Sparkling or Flat? Tough choice, I enjoy both sparkling and flat, depending on the occasion or what I’m eating.
Paper Plane or Penicillin? Penicillin, I enjoy how comforting it is.
Sherry or Vermouth? Sherry, I love it’s depth and how it brings drinks to life.
