Best known for | Making an egg drink without a client realising there was an egg especially the whiskey sour that I get tons of compliments on. Making rum cocktails .
Favourite “at work” memory | Been complimented on a drink I have made especially if I had a bad day and the customer asks for another it really makes me feel appreciated and humbled.
