Favourite “at work” memory | One day, a couple that has been a guest multiple times at my bar shared with me that each time they travel to Montreal, it is for the pleasure to be served by me and try my new creations. They mentioned that these moments always provide them with an exceptional time. Such instances remind me of the value in my profession and why I pursue it.

Favourite thing about your city? The cosmopolitan vibe that it has. Montreal is a great mix between North America and Europe.
What was the last photo that you took? A glass and bottle of Tripel Karmeliet, one of my favourite Belgian beers
Where is one place that you have never been but would like to travel to? Edinburgh, Scotland
