Best known for | I’m studying Architecture and love incorporating my architectural thinking when designing and building cocktails. I also carve my own clear ice for the bar, as well as providing custom clear ice for other bars in the city (Perch, Rabbit Hole).
Favourite “at work” memory | Spilling my first martini on a guest. I thought it was over but turns out it was a right of passage.
What do you collect? Guitars, pens + cocktail coupes
Favourite thing about your city? Ottawa is growing slowly but surely, new restaurants and bars are starting to fire up our city’s culture. Speakeasy style bars are opening and we now have more options for tasting cocktails!
What was the last photo that you took? Paper planes. My friend and I were competing to make the best paper plane to garnish a paper plane cocktail.
Where is one place that you have never been but would like to travel to? Florence, Italy – In architecture school we studied a lot about the famous Cathedral de Santa Maria and the Palazzo Medici.
Any claims to fame? Last summer I was part of a Tiki Cocktail competition and bartended at a 90s themed party. I created a cocktail menu inspired by the best 90s Hip Hop artists.
