What’s the most popular cocktail in your city? I’m not tuned in to the industry scene enough just yet to have an answer.
Favourite thing about your city | The support in our community. The way all of the other FOH folks uplift and encourage each other in all aspects of the industry is truly inspiring!

Who is your favourite fictional bartender? Leto in that one scene from Sense8 when he has to make a sidecar. It made me want to learn flare!
What was the last photo that you took? Almost always of one of my cats.
Where is one place that you have never been but would like to travel to? Portugal! My real introduction into hospitality started with wine – which made me want to explore the Douro region.
Any claims to fame? I did my first bar competition sick as a dog (I was masked up but I really didn’t want to miss it) and managed to come in 3rd place! I only started bartending in September (with November off for medical recovery) so it was really big for me!
