Best known for | My ability to make any guest feel at home, my love for karaoke and my caffeine addiction.
Favourite “at work” memory | When a group of Americans came three days in a row to my bar to see me, then invited me to party on the 4th day at the bar that I ended up working at later that year, and came back six months later to visit me. They’re coming back again next week, three years later, but only if I take the weekend off to party with them.
What do you collect? Books, memories and hours of sleep (the last one is harder to collect)
Favourite thing about your city? It’s a big city with the warmth of a small town
What was the last photo that you took? My schedule, so I don’t forget I’m working everyday.
Where is one place that you have never been but would like to travel to? Australia, or South-East Asia, or anywhere I can learn something new, actually!
Any claims to fame? Current Rush Hour speed competition champion, defending my title on June 3rd, 2024.
Prosecco or Cava? Avec du Cava ça va! (Actually have no opinion on that question but I like puns)
Angostura or Peychaud’s? Angostura, I’m a sucker for a good Trinidad Sour
Singapore or San Francisco? Never been to any of them and I feel that both could bring me something interesting
Grapefruit or Pineapple? Pineapple forever 🍍
