Favourite “at work” memory | The energy of a packed happy hour right before the pandemic. The bar was full, everyone was laughing, and nobody knew how much things were about to change. It reminds me not to take those moments for granted.

What was the last photo that you took? A video of me perfecting a Smoked Old Fashioned with my new whiskey smoker kit. I’m always looking for new ways to create memorable cocktail experiences.
What is your dream travel destination and why? Sydney, Australia. I’ve been fascinated by Australia since I first learned about it in school. The beaches, food scene, and laid-back lifestyle have always drawn me in.
Any claims to fame? Having restaurant guests seek me out to bartend their private events. It eventually led me to create my own cocktail experiences, design custom drink menus, and build relationships that extended beyond the bar
