Favourite Part of the Job | Being able to work along side such incredibly talented people is such a blessing. I am constantly amazed by the things that the people in our industry are able to achieve! Additionally, having the privilege to serve such a variety of wonderful guest is something that I’m truly grateful for. I also really love that this job allows me to be creative and to express myself.

Favourite “at work” memory | When all of my regulars came through to see me on my final weekend at my last work place. They had known for a while that I was leaving to go on a big adventure around the globe and all made sure that they came to see me for a final drink and wish me well. It was very bittersweet but also quite heart warming.
What do you collect? I live a very minimalist lifestyle. I prefer to collect memories/experiences/photos rather than physical items. I mean, I’ve got a pretty large booze collection though.
Favourite thing about your city? Being by the ocean is definitely incredible but what I love most is how hospitable the people here are. After having travelled around the globe, I truly believe that the people here are the nicest people you will ever encounter!
What was the last photo that you took? Tacos we had for staff meal.
