Favourite Part of the Job | When patrons don’t know what to drink and ask for recommendations. I ask basic questions about taste and notes preference and how hard was their day (or if they need to wake up early the next morning) to come up with suitable options for them at that moment.

Favourite “at work” memory | The epic rush hours! Lots of team high energy and the speed jokes with colleagues while ringing the orders.
