Best known for | Living, surviving, and creating space for trans people to thrive in hospitality. In a world that can be terrifying and far too often shuts us out of opportunities and conversations, I want my work and my presence to reflect visibility. Before any drink I’ve ever made, I want to be known for existing, proving it’s possible, and opening doors for others.
Favourite “at work” memory | Oof!!! The opportunity to be a CAP Red Coat at Tales was a life changing experience. The energy, the people, the creativity. There was me before Tales, and the life I’ve lived after.
What do you collect? Lil trinkets!! Also a lot of trauma 😉
Favourite thing about your city? Brisbane has such a beautiful bartending scene and community and is home to some of our best bartenders in the country. Queensland is a contender baby!!
What was the last photo that you took? Brown butter and coconut fat wash of Ketel One vodka for The Gresham’s Sunny Boy.
Where is one place that you have never been but would like to travel to? Anywhere Europe
Any claims to fame? Top 25 for The Blend Scholarship by 50 Best Bars (2023), Australia National Finalist for the Elit Masters Competition (2023), and Tales of the Cocktail Seminar Alumni.
