Favourite “at work” memory | Between coming in to set up the bar for service and anticipating what the night ahead of us holds and when a busy night of slinging drinks in the weeds goes smoothly and guests leaving are sated. What lies between those two pillars, always makes for a great time. Following that up with: end of night, turning the lights up, switching the music to something relaxing and quiet, cracking a beer and cleaning… zen at its finest.
