Favourite bar in the world | I’m a fan of Purl in London England! It’s not wellknown but they have a wicked creative bar team.
Best known for | Understanding a customer’s taste profile and finding them the best cocktail I can create or (if I’m particularly lazy that day) Google!
Favourite “at work” memory | Getting that cocktail perfect first try and sending it out knowing they’re going to love it!

What do you collect? I collect rum, whiskey and antiques.
Favourite thing about your city? Toronto is a beast! I’ve only been here a short while but I like how tight the industry community is.
What was the last photo that you took? A photo of a bitter I tried from South Africa. (Epulon’s Pelinkovac)
Where is one place that you have never been but would like to travel to? San Fran or Chicago! One for Tiki the other for Jazz bars!
Any claims to fame? I have won a competition for Dipmomatico Rum creating a craft cocktail bases around their aged spirit.
