Favourite bar in the world | Would it be weird to say it’s the bar I work at? Nowhere else has a feeling like home more than where you spend the time with the workers and friends you love.
Best known for | Understanding a customer’s taste profile and finding them the best cocktail I can create or (if I’m particularly lazy that day) Google!
Favourite “at work” memory | If we run late, which we often do when industry people stop by, we will all sit back and have great conversations. Sometimes that breaks into boardgames or dancing. No matter how it goes, ironically, my favourite part of my shift is the customer relation part. That’s what builds great regulars which in turn builds a great atmosphere in the bar most nights.
What do you collect? Whiskey! Speyside Scotch being my favourite to collect in general.
Favourite thing about your city? Stratford is quaint and preserved. It gives you a small intimate artsy town feeling while having quite the night life.
What was the last photo that you took? Most likely a landscape
Where is one place that you have never been but would like to travel to? California, LA or Chicago IL! One for Tiki the other for Jazz bars!
Any claims to fame? I have won a competition for Dipmomatico Rum creating a craft cocktail bases around their aged spirit.
