Favourite “at work” memory | I once had a guest, who has since become a good friend, that sat at my bar and asked for a true Nova Scotia cocktail. I put together a cocktail that incorporated multiple elements of my home, such as a blueberry infused rum (like the wild blueberries from Oxford, NS). He loved it, and that was exciting to represent something so dear to me.

Favourite thing about your city? Being involved in the rapid growth of a city and its hospitality industry.
What was the last photo that you took? Our cats
Where is one place that you have never been but would like to travel to? New Orleans
Any claims to fame? Using a turkey tincture as part of my presentation when I competed in ‘Made with Love’ and frequently speaking like a true rural Nova Scotian boy (“Grinnin’ like a skunk eatin’ rhubarb!”)
