Favourite “at work” memory | I once had a guest, who has since become a good friend, that sat at my bar and asked for a true Nova Scotia cocktail. I put together a cocktail that incorporated multiple elements of my home, such as a blueberry infused rum (like the wild blueberries from Oxford, NS). He loved it, and that was exciting to represent something so dear to me.

Any claims to fame? Using a turkey tincture as part of my presentation when I competed in ‘Made with Love’ and frequently speaking like a true rural Nova Scotian boy (“Grinnin’ like a skunk eatin’ rhubarb!”)
