Favourite bar in the world | I haven’t traveled much so I couldn’t really say. But if there’s one bar I’m dying to get to, its The Dead Rabbit in New York.
Best known for | Always telling it like it is, I tend to not have much of a brain to mouth filter.
Favourite “at work” memory | There are actually too many to choose from. I work with the best people at Durty Nelly’s and we have the most fun on every shift. So I guess, my 5 years working there is my favourite “at work” memory.
What do you collect? Got a pretty sweet coin collection.
Favourite thing about your city? I’m never far from the ocean.
What was the last photo that you took? Prosciutto wrapped parm chicken I made.
Where is one place that you have never been but would like to travel to? I’ve always wanted to go to Italy.
Any claims to fame? Not sure if this counts, but I was a speaker in the Women and Hospitality, bartenders edition, panel here in Halifax. Also, I can definitely balance a spoon on my nose.
