Best story from behind the wood | The first time I had to cut someone off and kick him out, he was quite drunk and stumbling, harassing other guests. He asked me for another drink and I told him that I wasn’t comfortable serving him and that I was going to have to ask him to leave, he looked at me dead in the face and said “Fair enough!” and left. I don’t know if that’s the best, but it’s the first that came to my head!
What do you collect? Amaro, Mezcal & Bourbon. Records. Glassware.
Favourite thing about your city? The hospitality industry in Halifax is insane. The support that we all share is what drives us and is the reason why we’re a food and drink destination. And that we’re on the water!
What was the last photo that you took? A photo of me in a Bacardi Christmas style sweater that was sent to me from Puerto Rico.
Where was your last vacation? Toronto
Any claims to fame? We’re in the latest issue of Imbibe 75 which is pretty cool. I don’t know if it’s a claim to fame, but it’s pretty cool!
