What do you collect? Spirits! Especially Gin and Liquor. I am currently starting a new collection of Shochu.
Favourite thing about your city? Our restaurant industry. We are just one big jolly family.
What was the last photo that you took? A bottle of Sake that I fell in love with.
Where is one place that you have never been but would like to travel to? COLOMBIA.
Any claims to fame? Was featured in an article for the Gazette in light of the Kampai festival. That and an awkward interview on CTV to showcase our restaurant.

Singapore or San Francisco? I haven’t been to SF but it looks hella swell. Singapore’s got great food and I am proud of that half of my history.
