This cocktail was my submission for World Class 2020. It’s inspired by the Maritime lifestyle and the feeling of wonder and opportunity that I feel when overlooking the ocean.
2oz. (60ml) Oban 14 Yr Old Single Malt Scotch
0.5oz. (15ml) Dolin Blanc Vermouth
0.25oz. (7.5ml) Boulard Calvados
1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) Honey Syrup (2:1)
Stir over ice and strain into cocktail class. Garnish with saline solution aromatized on the outside of the glass.
I've bartended in a variety of cities across Canada. After a year of international travel, I now find myself in Halifax, Nova Scotia. I'm very happy to call Halifax my home. You'll be able to find me here for many years to come. My primary goals in life are to continuously do what makes me happy and always be chasing the next adventure.
