This cocktail was my submission for World Class 2020. It’s inspired by the Maritime lifestyle and the feeling of wonder and opportunity that I feel when overlooking the ocean.

2oz. (60ml) Oban 14 Yr Old Single Malt Scotch
0.5oz. (15ml) Dolin Blanc Vermouth
0.25oz. (7.5ml) Boulard Calvados
1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) Honey Syrup (2:1)
Stir over ice and strain into cocktail class. Garnish with saline solution aromatized on the outside of the glass.
