The flavors that remind you of some moment from your childhood or a grandmother’s recipe for your favorite food is what inspires us to make our creations and recreate those flavors to share them with our customers in our bar. This cocktail is simple but elegant with the combination of cognac, vermouth and apple gives us a refined touch that will be able to satisfy even the most demanding palate.

2 oz Remy Martín 1738
1/2oz Vermouth Blanco dulce
1oz Puré de manzana con canela (Apple puree with cinnamon)
1oz jugo de limón Amarillo
2 Cash de Angostura bitters
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake hard for 10 seconds. Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with dehydrated apple and edible flower.
