Favourite “at work” memory | I had an art teacher sit at my bar and ask if I was good in art class growing up. I replied that I could always see what I wanted to make but had a hard time with execution. After watching me bartend for a while she told me “you’ve found your canvas”. That moment has stuck with me because she was right. I found my way of expressing myself and my creative outlet.
What do you collect? Spirits, liqueurs and bar tools.

Any claims to fame? Competed for the Courvoisier Canada national championship. Judged the Auchentoshan 2018 Eastern Canadian finals. Certified Whisky Ambassador. Training to become a Sommelier. Amateur flair bartender.
