For the Bartender Atlas Toronto Bar Hop on Tuesday, November 15th, Chantelle gives us The Repo Man.  This cocktail includes Tromba Reposado Tequila shaken with Aperol, Punt E Mes, lemon juice, oak aged bitters and a ginger compote.
