We like to make the last Independent Study Day of the year a real celebration of the bartenders who have regularly showed up over the prior 10 months. For November’s ISD, we divided the guests into three groups and throughout the event, they visited three different stations:
- Heard Card Game – this is a game similar to Cards Against Humanity but is solely industry related and it is pretty great!
- Pour Test – we tested the bartender’s free pouring skills to see who would most accurately pour the ingredients for a Tommy’s Margarita
- Tequila Education – this month’s event was sponsored by Milagro Tequila so we offered mini education sessions on tequila production facilitated by Eder Sanchez.
