If you have been following Bartender Atlas at all over the past couple of years, you will know that it’s no secret that we are big fans of Lyre’s. What we have found in Lyre’s is good replacements for actual alcoholic spirits. Their line has a non-alcoholic replacement for basically any spirit and they work, they really work! They taste great in all of those non-alcoholic cocktails that you may be craving. Our favourite from their lineups that we have tired so far are the Italian Orange Style, Coffee Originale and Amaretti but seriously, they are all great. Their Classico Sparking is also a fantastic non-alcoholic version of sparking wine. We also love their ready-to-drink cans and love having them on-hand for any non-drinking guests (and for ourselves during Dry January/times off of alcohol). Plus: how adorable are all of the critters adorning the bottles? We love them so hard.
Seen below is a Martini made with Lyre’s Pink London Spirit, a Margarita made with Lyre’s Agave Blanco Spirit, “whisky” on the rocks with Lyre’s Highland Malt Style and a Spritz made with Lyre’s Italian Orange Style and Lyre’s Classico.
