Best known for | As simple as it sounds, margaritas. My bar is known for our margaritas and our creativity towards fresh takes on the drink. We currently have 20+ versions of margaritas and it is still growing.
Favourite “at work” memory | We hosted a Mexican Village for the Carrousel of the Nations festival which saw us serve over 3000 margaritas in 4 days. Seeing the entire team come together was beautiful.
What do you collect? Nothing physical. Experiences are better than things.
Favourite thing about your city? The variety of food and drink can rival any major city. Plus, we’re known as Whiskytown Canada and are home to North America’s largest distillery.
What was the last photo that you took? My dog, Zoey.
Where is one place that you have never been but would like to travel to? Any of the Nordic countries
Any claims to fame? Named Ontario’s Tourism Champion of the Year, As well as Innovator of the Year and Small Business of the Year for Canada’s entire tourism industry.
