Favourite “at work” memory | Those hard night where you go from uncontrolled chaos to wooooo I got this I’m all set for success, colleagues are working together, the music is blasting, everyone is having a good time! I like those “getting back on track” moments.
What do you collect? Stickers and pins of countries I’ve visited ! Also crystals, of course.
Favourite thing about your city? There is ALWAYS something going on in the city!

Any claims to fame? Bartender of the moment for The Great Gentleman. Pop-up at Midway for the anniversary of Mana Yerba Mate. Cocktail creation in partnership with Seedlip Non-Alcoholic Spirits. Cocktail creation in partnership with Ubald Distillerie.
