Best known for | For being a great mixologist. I love the challenge of preparing excellent cocktails with new ingredients. I can also make delicious tacos with old family recipes. I excel at working under pressure and can do many jobs at the same time.
Favourite “at work” memory | Most recently, would be turning an idea and concept into reality with La Sala Rosa. But first, it has to be the friends I made while working at Pez Vela.
What do you collect? I collect the admission bracelets from my best parties.

Any claims to fame? I was second place in a national ‘cocktail creating’ contest in Mexico that was sponsored by Absolut.
