Favourite “at work” memory | My last day of work at Bijou (which is the smallest bar in Spokane, WA 277 sq. Ft inside the building) we were over capacity for my going away party but I felt so much love and camaraderie.
What do you collect? Tiki glasses and business cards. I’m always networking lol
Favourite thing about your city? How tight-knit our food, service industry and bar industry are. Everybody knows each other and we all support each other.
What was the last photo that you took? A selfie. I have no shame
Where is one place that you have never been but would like to travel to? Bali
Any claims to fame? I work everywhere and nowhere all at the same time in my city because I do cocktail pop-ups all over Spokane and have three jobs. So you’ll never know when you’ll see me behind the bar which is always exciting I guess.
