Favourite thing about your city? The multicultural nature of our food and beverage scene and the evolution of art + Architecture, influenced by the gold-rush victorian era of Melbourne. Oh and the Parks + Rivers
What was the last photo that you took? Of a bottle of limoncello I procured from the Legends at Danny Boy Distillery in Geelong, Victoria.
Where is one place that you have never been but would like to travel to? Maccu Picchu
Any claims to fame? Philanthropy award at Tales, elevating the independent small batch craft spirit scene in our state with our RUM and separate AGAVE events. And the Cuban Missile Crisis drink- A modern Classic
