Favourite “at work” memory | It was at a competition. I made a drink about Marla Singer (Fight Club). I did all my story telling in improvisation and finished by « and this is Marla, the little scratch on the roof of your mouth that would heal if only you could stop tonguing it, but you can’t ». Everyone applauded and the bar manager put Where is my mind, Pixies, the song of the movie. I was the last competitor and we ended the competition like this. I thought I was born for this moment.
What’s the most popular cocktail in your city? Negroni
Favourite thing about your city | It is a big city but with human size. We have a great community, everyone knows everyone but we have a lot of things to do, a lot of bars and the life is so sweet over there.

What was the last photo that you took? A selfie with some wine seller that I adore!
What is your dream travel destination and why? Jalisco. I want to see agave fields
Any claims to fame? I am a participant of the World Class 2026 with a garlic cocktail and I can lick my elbow (yes I know, nothing to do with the bar, but it’s fun)
