Favourite “at work” memory | Back in Canada, a guest asked for agua (water) and I denied him service as I thought he was asking for Agwa (Bolivian herbal liqueur), which we didn’t have at the bar. He told me off and I walked away while drinking my water. I still feel sorry for him.
