Favourite “at work” memory | My last shift at Published on Main. So many friends came to sit at the bar and some dressed up in over the top funeral attire to mourn my going away. It made me feel so loved and supported by my industry friends.
What’s the most popular cocktail in your city? Across Sydney: negroni and old fashioned. In Vancouver: espresso martini and margarita
Favourite thing about your city | The culture of balancing work with exercise and outdoor activities.
Who is your favourite fictional bartender? Nick from New Girl. Takes a very laidback approach to bartending and you just know that he’d be the worst person to work with.
What was the last photo that you took? A picture of some ramen that I had for dinner with a friend last night.
Where is one place that you have never been but would like to travel to? Greece, Mexico or the Philippines
Any claims to fame? I was in the top 100 for World Class, and won a Jagermeister cocktail comp that resulted in being featured at their event during Sydney Bar Week.
