What’s the most popular cocktail in your city? Across Sydney: negroni and old fashioned. In Vancouver: espresso martini and margarita
Favourite thing about your city | The culture of balancing work with exercise and outdoor activities.
Who is your favourite fictional bartender? Nick from New Girl. Takes a very laidback approach to bartending and you just know that he’d be the worst person to work with.
What was the last photo that you took? A picture of some ramen that I had for dinner with a friend last night.
Where is one place that you have never been but would like to travel to? Greece, Mexico or the Philippines
Any claims to fame? I was in the top 100 for World Class, and won a Jagermeister cocktail comp that resulted in being featured at their event during Sydney Bar Week.
