Best known for | We have an award wining wine list. I’m best known for presenting new ideas to our community which was dry until 2008.
Favourite “at work” memory | A full bar with nothing going wrong. LOL. Loved it when we had guest bartenders like David Alan.

What was the last photo that you took? I think it was of a cocktail maybe an Aperol Spritz
Where is one place that you have never been but would like to travel to? Rioja
Any claims to fame? I won an international gelato contest in Dallas and I competed representing the US in Rimini Italy with Teo’s Gelato in Austin. We made a bourbon pecan caramel gelato with Balcones whiskey. We won 6th place in Italy which isn’t anything to be ashamed of. The first year we opened the bar we won an award for our wine list from Wine Enthusiast and then we won two glass awards from World of Fine Wine in 2017,18 and 19. I was at the first Behind the Barrel and one of the first bartender excursions to Patron.
