Favourite “at work” memory | During my first shifts at King Hall. I was making coffee when I suddenly realized something was wrong. The filter in the portafilter had accidentally been thrown away by the person before me. So, when I locked the portafilter into the machine and started the espresso shot, it literally exploded! My perfectly white shirt instantly turned black.

Any claims to fame? Cointreau’s Margarita Challenge Canadian finalist, also probably the fact that I am probably the youngest general manager in my city.
