Favourite Part of the Job | I love seeing someone’s reaction after the first sip. When a drink starts a conversation or creates a memory, that’s the best part of the job for me.
Favourite After Work Drink | I don’t really have an after-work drink. Water does the job for me.

Best known for | Bringing Indian flavors into modern cocktails without losing sight of balance and hospitality.
Favourite “at work” memory | Every time I see strangers become friends over a cocktail and good conversation, I’m reminded why I love this job.
What’s the most popular cocktail in your city? The Margarita
Favourite thing about your city | The diversity. You can experience so many different cultures, cuisines, and cocktail styles without leaving the city.
Favourite drinking song | I am more into melodic techno than drinking songs. Give me a good melodic techno set any day.
What was the last photo that you took? A new cocktail I am working on for my next pop up.
What is your dream travel destination and why? Barcelona. I have always wanted to experience its food, architecture and cocktail culture. It feels like one of those cities where you can spend days just exploring and hopefully I will get the chance to meet Simone Caporale one day.
