Favourite “at work” memory | There was a day where Erik Thordarson (the GM) and I decided it would be a good idea to do construction on a door 45 minutes before service on Valentine’s Day. Love this memory!
What do you collect? The tops of Blanton’s bottles. On each of the tops there is a letter engraved in at the foot of the horse. If you collect them all to spell out Blanton’s and send it in you get a plank from a barrel that makes the Kentucky derby.
Favourite thing about your city? Just small enough that you can know everybody, but just big enough for an awesome restaurant scene.
What was the last photo that you took? A picture of my girlfriend eating beef jerky in bed.
Where is one place that you have never been but would like to travel to? New York
Any claims to fame? Being cast as an extra on a tv show when I was 17 and my 5 second screen time consisted of me pretending to jerk off. (Todd & The Book of Pure Evil – 8 seconds in)
