Favourite “at work” memory | It’s not when a guest says that’s the best cocktail or time or meal, I’ve had. For me, my favourite memories are those that help spin a light on a spirit or cocktail. For instance, it’s finding the right rum (or tequila or gin or cocktail) for a person that has had a “bad experience”, then explaining and letting them try it based on meeting their palate and experiences. These times must be read and not done in a pretentious manner and mindful of other people.
What do you collect? Nothing intentionally but I have accumulated a large bitters, spirits and tiki mugs collection.
Favourite thing about your city? The diversity of people and personalities.
What was the last photo that you took? Cheersing to a friend for his birthday in another city.
Where is one place that you have never been but would like to travel to? Kyoto, Japan
