Favourite “at work” memory | I was in “the weeds” with chits, then broke a glass into the ice well (I still have nightmares connected to this part). Visibly upset and disappointed in myself, a superhero co-worker proceeded to stop what they were doing suggested I go for 5 minutes and they proceeded to burn the ice. It was not about not having to burn the ice myself, albeit, I was very grateful for that. It’s a reminder that the hospitality industry and people in general can have such care and empathy for one another even though it can be such an individual focused and incentivized job/career. The break helped clear my mind and take some anxiety and stress off of my chest, upon return cleared the chit board within 20 minutes and have paid the care and empathy forward to other co-workers.

What do you collect? Nothing intentionally but I have accumulated a large collection of bitters and vintage glassware.
Favourite thing about your city? The diversity of people and personalities.
What was the last photo that you took? Cheersing to a friend for his birthday in another city.
Where is one place that you have never been but would like to travel to? Kyoto, Japan
Any claims to fame? Diageo World Class Western Finalist 2022, 2nd place Mionetto Cocktail Competition 2022, National Finalist Patron Perfectionist 2022-2023.
