Favourite bar in the world | Not sure if it’s really a bar necessarily, but I spent a lot of time drinking Estonian craft beer in Sfäär, a small cafe-resto and dry goods store, while I was in Tallinn.
Best known for | I’d probably say my passion for craft beer.
Favourite “at work” memory | First night of service at The Watch was one of the best feelings I remember having. We finally were making drinks as opposed to building the bar after many many months.

What do you collect? Not much. Do beer, breweries, and band tees count? I have a lot of those.
Favourite thing about your city? I am fortunate to live in the smallest big city in Canada. All the benefits of a small town, while having (most of) the things a large city has.
What was the last photo that you took? Screenshot of a song on Spotify to send to a pal.
Where was last place you traveled? Last time I carved time out of my schedule to go somewhere was Fredericton, NB for Fredericton Craft Beer Fest.

Lager or IPA? Lambic
Sparkling or Flat? Sparkling
Miami or Mexico City? Have not spent time in either, but I’d love to check out Mexico City.
