Favourite bar in the world | Durty Nellys. I haven’t done a lot of travelling but it’s a huge goal of mine to start knocking a few of the list.
Best known for | Quick service. Ability to perform under pressure and stress. Cocktail knowledge although not vast enough to get by.
Favourite “at work” memory | So many been doing this for almost 15 years. Serving the Blue Jays. Serving Mario Lemieux. Did Crosby and Nate McKinnon. Being invited to Red Banks launch party and meeting Keifer Sutherland. All of the many friends now family over the years learning and creating cocktails.
What do you collect? Golf ball markers and magic cards.
Favourite thing about your city? It’s growing quickly used to love how small yet big it was but change is god as well. The ocean the lakes the beauty of everything outside of the city and how the city compliments it.
What was the last photo that you took? My cat ten minutes ago perched on his scratching post.
Where is one place that you have never been but would like to travel to? Ireland, Nashville, Mexico
Any claims to fame? Not really. I think my nickname gets a lot of questions but it isn’t a glorious story lol. I’ve been working in the industry in Halifax since I was 18 and I’m 35 now not sure if that’s a good thing or not.

Are you available for freelance gigs? I guess I am but I’ve never done any except for my ex’s wedding which I created a cocktail for. It was a hot and gave me a thirst for more kinda why I’m doing this.
