What is your dream travel destination and why? Japan — for the bars, whisky, coffee, food and the attention to detail in everything they do.
Any claims to fame? I’ve competed in several national cocktail competitions, including the Suntory Cup, Hennessy MyWay, Nikka Perfect Serve and Monin Coffee Creativity Cup and managed to pick up a few podium finishes along the way.
